The first thoughts to share in this blog is to understand what is a Weblog all about. To answer this technically, A weblog is same as a website with frequently updated content and the content added is arranged in a chronological order, meaning, the latest post is displayed on the top. And, the content added can be of text, image or video format.

Simply, a weblog or blog is a platform where bloggers share their thoughts, log of events, ideas, media, etc. Rather than just sharing or providing information, blogs also enable a way to interact with its audience through comment section. So, blogs are pretty interactive when compared to a conventional website, and this is the major difference between the two.

Blog is a short form of the term weblog, and is the most commonly used word in the place of weblog.

Initially, blogs were only used for personal stuff and now the usage of blog has reached the corporate level, ending up maintaining a blog for company related updates.
